England Basketball Enterprises offers a fully comprehensive service to sports facilities. We deliver our service to you ensuring that all designs and specifactions for buildings and equipment meet the standards laid down by sports governing bodies. We are proud to join with other governing bodies to promote Ball Hall as a one-stop, design/build specialist sports hall. Naturally all of our other services conform to the standards laid down to support athletes coaches.

Ball Hall is the trade mark of our specialist design/build package delivered through Loxton Leisure Services Ltd.

Each design is tailored to fit the needs of the individual project.

Ball Hall is built to conform with Sport England guidance notes.

Ball Hall packages include:
• Detailed design, including local   modifications
• Building regulation approval
• Heating, lighting and internal   services
• Steel-framed sports hall
• Area Elastic, Sprung Sports Floor   for courts plus other floor surfaces
• Brick amenities block and first aid   room
• Plant room, storage, cleaner's   cupboard and vending area
• Electronic Scoreboard to each   basketball court
• Changing rooms, offices and first   aid room
• Disabled toilets and changing   facilities with full wheelchair   access to all areas

However many other facilities can be included in the design -e.g. fitness studio/dance studio/teaching facilities. OBVIOUSLY each project will vary and we will provide a detailed tender/quote for individuals but here - as a guide - are some of the options:

Management Package
Ball Hall comes with an OPTIONAL Management Scheme.
How does it work? - in conjunction with our partners, Loxtin Leisure Services, we would appoint Sports Development Officers to be based in the centre to manage and drive activity into the centre. This works superbly with schools as this is what it means - The school obviously owns the building but the Development Officers ensure that activity is generated by the local community in the form of coaching and participation in netball, basketball, badminton etc. These activies take place out of school hours so the facility is fully used.

The school is in a WIN situation because-
• It has access to specialist staff if help is wanted in some sports
• The school pays NOTHING to run the facility - all heating, lighting, cleaning and maintenance is INCLUDED
